Property has been a passion since a very early age for Indy, from initially gaining experience in the day to day running of a residential estate agency to completing a degree in Building Surveying. Innovate Estate Agents has successfully grown with our family values of support, honesty and trust, alongside the satisfaction of seeing something through to the end is what drives me and our experienced staff to provide that extra personal touch. Away from duty, Indy enjoys travelling, working out and is a keen petrolhead! Off-duty, Onkar enjoys exploring new destinations during holidays and maintaining an active lifestyle at the gym. Sophie
Sales Administrator

Sophie joined Innovate Estate Agents in August 2018 as an apprentice and has grown from strength to strength. Sophie plays a large part within the sales team handling a large volume of calls, booking appointments and creating bespoke advertising for properties on the market for sales. Outside of Innovate, Sophie is a keen dancer and has even performed in New York Town Hall Theatre. Sophies favourite thing to do is to travel and is looking forward to her next adventure.

Karen has been an Estate Agent for 15 years and loves her work. She is a naturally gregarious person who can be humorous and fun, as well a deeply thoughtful. She describes a situation ‘as it is’ in a direct way and wont waste time on dressing situations up. Her approach is honest and direct and with Karen, what you see is what you get. Karen Enjoys singing and cooking and is a proud mother of 2 children.

David
Operations Manager

Our Operations Manager for Innovate Estate Agents, David joined the company in 2011 starting as an apprentice administrator. A large portion of his day to day consists of overseeing the legal side of sales progression as well as looking after the back end of the business to make sure everything can run smoothly. At home David has two beautiful chihuahua’s named Tilly & Tallulah who love to go on walks, His favourite thing to do is go shopping and drink coffee.

Senior Property Manager

Emma is a true brummie with over 10 years’ experience in the lettings industry. She received a B.A.Honors in psychology. She began her career as a letting agent before growing in the role and becoming the maintenance Co-ordinator. Emma has a 20 year old son called Josh. When she is not working, Emma enjoys traveling with her family and spending time cultivating her garden. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of leasing a home by providing clear communication and updates along the way. Emma’s aim is to offer a first point solution to all Landlord and tenants needs.

Kyle

We welcomed Kyle in the Summer of 2021, and he will welcome you to Innovate with his winning personality. Before joining us, Kyle had previous experience working as a salesperson in retail and he felt Innovate Estate Agents was the next step to grow in his career as he wanted to break into the lettings industry. When Kyle isn't busy agreeing a let, or liaising with landlords, you will find him playing football with his friends, or watching West Bromwich Albion.

Ellie Cole

Ellie is a Lettings Consultant for Innovate Estate Agents, she joined the company as an apprentice in January 2023. She is responsible for the tenancy administration such as tenancy renewals, inspections, notices etc and is also a member of the accounts team. At home she has two beautiful dogs, Storm & Blu, who are big, loveable, balls of fluff. Her favourite thing to do in her down time is relax and spend time with family.

Emmie joined Innovate Estate Agents in 2023 as a property administrator having a keen interest in property and housing. Emmie is furthering her knowledge and experience with an apprenticeship and has gained vital experience in her early stages with Innovate. Away from duty, Emmie is a shopaholic and loves indulging in fashion! She loves to spend her spare time with family and loves a good Netflix series!

Coming from a family background of property, I was somewhat familiar with the overall process of buying, selling, renting & development. One issue which triggered me was the services provided from the period of the late 90's moving into the new century. I felt estate agents never progressed into the new age of the digital era. Hence, why I felt the need to Innovate. Together with my fellow co-founder, we established a plan and with sheer determination we are now market leaders in the areas we cover. We also have invested in property development in the local region and work closely with local authorities, in regards to the housing-crisis our region faces. I believe the experience of this puts us directly in the shoes of any vendor or landlord. We know what is required to run efficiently & effectively. We have relayed these work ethics into our team, who now have combined experience of over 60 years. During the day-to-day running at Innovate, I partake in general management along with training members of staff to excel their own expectations. We pride ourselves on running a very efficient operation, and I'm a firm believer in three core principles, which we instil in our whole team; Progression, Organisation & Pro-activeness. I'm also from a legal background, which is incredibly helpful in our profession.

Steve

After leaving university, Steve started his career in 2002 as the property market was booming and didn't want to miss out. I ventured into Bairstow Eves estate agent as a franchisee, successfully progressing on to opening to a number of cold start branches in and around Sandwell. I also qualified and practiced as a mortgage advisor in early 2004.
Since deciding to go independent away from the restraints for franchising, we soared in the rental market due to the 2007 recession and impressively transformed and rebranded to the now well-known brand we know as Innovate Estate Agents. Moving in to opportunities for development we opened doors to Innovate group development and construction, of which we successfully have our own investment fund which is managed and operated as Innovate. Our business ethos is working hard with integrity and persistence to achieve the highest level of service for our clients. My general daily duties involve training staff and overlooking the sales operation of our offices.

Sandy
Senior Property Manager

With over 15 years of experience in property management, Sandy has accumulated a wealth of raw knowledge on dealing with matters with property. Having witnessed the growth of the lettings and property management operation, Sandy has been a key member of the Innovate Team. Sandy’s role is to overlook repairs, day to day tenancy concerns and has vital input for refurbishments and renovations. We have a dedicated 24/7 contact line and I usually receive repairs via our industry leading repair reporting system, my duty is to liaise directly with landlords and our panel of approved contractors to achieve a solution which would will be the most cost effective, efficient and high quality.
